1-ON-1 Training Sessions

For those who are in the local Conroe/The Woodlands area, 1-on-1 Training sessions are available by the hour by appointment.

Individualized workout and diet plans will be created to help you achieve any goal you are after. Whether it be mass gains, getting shredded, gaining strength, sports specific, gaining weight, losing weight, etc. We are here for you, and we will create a personalized plan for you to achieve those goals.

We will then schedule your training session to get started.

Joshua's hourly rate is $120, and includes the workout and diet plans.

There is a 3 session minimum that must be booked to get started. Joshua wants you to see results, and expects you to want the same. The 3 sessions must be used within one month.

After completing this short form, you will be taken to the payment terminal. Once payment is completed, you will receive a questionnaire (usually within a few hours) to fill out regarding your current fitness level, results you are looking for, any previous medical conditions, etc.  Once Joshua has evaluated this, he will write a customized workout and diet program for you, and contact you to schedule your first training session.
